Bar K Wrangler Horse Camp

Mark Twain National Forest

Garrison, Missouri

The Bar-K Wrangler Camp is a primitive horse camp situated along Swan Creek; amenities are limited to picnic tables, fire rings and one vault toilet. Ample parking to accommodate stock trailers and towing vehicles.

Bar-K horse camp is located on the west bank of Swan Creek, serves as a Trailhead for the Swan Creek Trail and is open year round. Follow LNT guidelines by packing all of your garbage out.

Swan Creek is an 8,488 acre area that provides for year-round non-motorized dispersed recreation use. There are approximately 20 miles of moderately used horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking trails available to enjoy.

This is a no fee area.
