L.L. Stub Stewart State Park

Just 30 miles from Portland, Stub Stewart is a new Oregon State Park that has been built with equestrian usage in mind. 16 horse and mule friendly camp sites in the Hares Canyon Horse Camp and well over 20 miles of trails make this a great area to spend a day or a weekend exploring the hills and forests.

Rules and Regulations

• Land Manager = Oregon Parks and Recreation Department
• Day-use permits are required in the park
• Equestrian day use visitors will find parking in the Clayhill Horse Staging Area
