Cleveland Metro Parks - South Chagrin Reservation
DAY USE ONLY
Well over 1,400 acres of protected open space and over ten miles of equestrian friendly trails await you in this section of the Cleveland Metroparks that forms an arc in the scenic Chagrin Falls area, southeast of Cleveland.
The Polo Field is the best place to park as long as there isn’t a scheduled event being held there. As the name suggests you’re parking at a polo field so be prepared to encounter other riders. Trailhead amenities include toilets, picnic tables and mounting blocks.
Trails here are wide, well maintained, relatively flat with several shallow water crossings. Please note that there are several busy road crossings, some with traffic lights.
The most popular rides here are a series of loops after crossing Miles Road and returning to the Polo Field parking area.
