Coyote Hollow Equestrian Campground
Dixie National Forest

This small campground has only four sites but provides easy access to the Thunder Mountain Trailhead. This trail is a very popular hiking, biking, horseback riding trail. This quaint little campground sits in ponderosa pine forests and has easy access to many and trail systems.
Campground amenities: Picnic tables, toilets
The Thunder Mountain trail #33098 has some of the most spectacular red rock formations in the state. This trail takes you from tree covered washes up to the top of the Clarion Formation that give you Birdseye views of the rock cliffs below.
