Silver Lake Park

Tucked into the woods on the edge of a large meadow at the foot of Red Mountain, Silver Lake Park is a beautiful location with trails and open fields to ride and access to many miles of forest roads of the Black Mountain Logging Road system.

There are 28 individual campsites at the Horse Camp, with water and electrical hook-ups, a picnic table and fire pit at each site. There are two stables for park users’ horses with tie stalls for up to 30 horses each. A large horse trailer parking area is located near the stables.
