So who is the web architect of TrailMeister.com? It was founded and created by Robert Eversole who started making trail maps and gathering trail data when he served with a Mounted Search and Rescue Team and discovered that accurate trail information wasn't available.

Robert's professional experience includes expertise in outdoor creativity and diplomacy as a U.S. Marine which became the foundation for making maps, and teaching horse riders how to use a map and compass to stay safe and found on the trail. His hand to computer combat experience in corporate America provided the skills for writing articles, and becoming the webmaster of TrailMeister.com. These intense abilities are balanced with compassion as a Registered Instructor for Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International, which Robert has over a decade of experience helping individuals with special needs benefit from equine assisted activities.

As an outdoor professional, Robert is enthusiastic about land stewardship and supports trail and outdoor advocacy groups and is the Director for Back Country Horseman of Washington Tahoma Chapter.

Based near Seattle, WA Robert enjoys trail riding with his favorite riding buddy, his wife, Celeste (who is an accomplished equestrienne in her own right). But enough about Robert; who is the real inspiration for TrailMeister.com?

LT, the horse, of course! LT is a gregarious eight year old Palomino Tennessee Walker gelding whose favorite gait is “walk”. LT clearly enjoys ambling over mountain trails over arena work and is always up for exploring a new riding location.

As you view the photos and videos, you'll also spot Celeste's horse, Minning. She may be diminutive (at a full 13.2 hands, mind you), but out on the trail she is as surefooted as the mountain goats we see in the wilderness.

This may be the end of the trail for the About Us page, but Robert and TrailMeister.com will continue to help you experience the joys of trail riding and being in the magnificent outdoors.
