Taylorsville Lake State Park

Taylorsville, Kentucky

Taylorsville offers both improved & primitive sites for equestrian camping. The improved sites offer gravel, pull-through surfaces with electric & water access to each site. Each site has its own corresponding hitching posts for up to four horses, picnic table, lantern hanger & fire ring/grill combo. The campsites are located adjacent to the playgrounds & bathhouse with laundry facility.

For trail riders Taylorsville also has a 24 mile trail system that is managed as multi-use trails for hikers, mountain bikers, and horseback riders.
