Mini Mag Light AA

Mag lights set the standard for flashlights. And for good reason; the machined aluminum cases are virtually indestructible.

Turn it on and see the light with a Mini Maglite. Just twist the flashlight head to turn on and change the beam from spot to flood, positioning the light exactly where you need it.

The Specs:

  • O-rings at each opening add resistance to water and shock.
  • The standard AA mini mag light comes with incandescent bulbs which eat through batteries and burn out in rapid order. Remedy this with an LED upgrade kit.
  • The AA model is a hefty and solid feeling 3.78 ounces with batteries.

While you'd be hard pressed to break one of these tanks of a flashlight there are smaller, lighter, models that provide more light for a longer time and that don't don't require use of your hands. One of our favorites is the tiny Cyclops Micro Mini Cap Light. It's small and cheap enough that you can carry a couple and the batteries last and last.
