 Bridal
Veil
Falls Trail

Mount Baker - Snoqualmie National Forest

Trail Details
With an easily accessed trailhead, well
maintained trail, and outstanding scenic views of Bridle Veil Falls
and Lake Serene it's no wonder why this is such a popular trail.
Only 8 miles round trip you'll have to work a bit on the higher
sections but your efforts will most definitely be rewarded.

From the large and well appointed trailhead
parking area, you'll find the trail just up hill behind the vehicle
restriction gate. For the initial part of this hike you'll be
walking on an old mining road through second growth forest of adler,
pine, and birch.

After a steady climb of about 2 miles you'll
come to a small clearing and intersection with a jeep track.
Continue on the trail through a shallow ravine and soon you'll come
to a side trail heading to Bridal Veil falls with the main trail
continuing on to Lake Serene.
The day I hiked this I was forced to turn
around at this point because the trail vanished under the remnants
of an avalanche.
To be continued....
