Low priced and accurate. Not a lot more to say about it.

Its low cost makes it easy to keep several compasses about in case you're forgetful.

The Silva's clear base plate has a handy scale, and the housing has a declination scale to adjust for magnetic variances. While certainly not the most expensive, nor option loaded compass, it'll do what you need it to.

While more expensive compasses are nice this little beauty is equally effective.
