abandoned rail beds make for ever changing experiences.

- Equestrian friendly camping areas include the 400 loop of the Sunset campground.
- Most trails are grass with a few gravel and clay areas.
- Trails may be closed due to wet conditions. Verify trail conditions by calling 262.878.5600.
- Trails are generally open year round.
- Land Manager = Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources
- You must possess a valid state trail pass when riding these trails.
- You also will need a state park vehicle admission sticker

Richard Bong State Recreation Area is 8 miles southeast of Burlington, Wisconsin, on State Highway 142. The entrance is a little less than a mile west of State Highway 75.
