The  Caloosahatchee Regional Park, near Alva Florida, offers 768 acres of pine flatwoods, scrub oak, cypress swamps and oak hammocks with over 10 miles of equestrian trails. Camping is also available. County Road 78 (North River Road) divides the park into the “north side” and “south side” with the majority of horse trails located on the north side.
