Freeborn County Fair Grounds is a good layover point in southern Minnesota. Albert Lea is right on Interstate 90 and the fair grounds is only about a mile from the exit – Easy off – Easy on. There is plenty of room for your rig (electricity available) and your horses with a large number of inside stalls, outside and sheltered stalls and even a grassed fenced pasture. Restroom and showers available.
