Located 79 miles east of Roseburg and 83 miles northeast of Medford, the Diamond Lake area offers many miles of horse-friendly trails with terrific views of Mt. Thielsen (pronounced TEEL-son) and Howlock Mountain.  Many thanks to Kim McCarrel for sharing this area!
