Click the icon for directions in google.From Enterprise, Oregon on Main Street (Highway 82) turn right on Hurricane Creek Road/ South River Street and go about 7.5 miles to Hurricane Creek Campground; Continue past Hurricane Creek Campground about 1.5 miles to trailhead.; Entrance is signed on right side of road. From Joseph, Oregon go west on Airport Lane for about 1.5 miles and then road becomes Hurricane Creek Road; Continue on Hurricane Creek Road for another 0.5 miles to intersection with Hurricane Creek Grange; Turn left at Grange onto County Road 521 (becomes Forest Road 8205) and go about 3.7 miles to trailhead. Forest road is rough.

Fabulous access into the Eagle Cap Wilderness. The Hurricane Creek Trailhead is a smallish trailhead that offers excellent access into the Famed Eagle Cap Wilderness. Good back country camping opportunities can be found in many of the meadows below the basin lake area.
