Latta Plantation’s 13 miles of trails guide you out onto the pennisula that extends into Mountain Island Lake and in the hills surrounding the lake.
- Land Manager is Mecklenburg County
- Equestrian Trail fee of $3 payable via a drop box
- Proof of 12-month negative Coggins should be available for inspection
- Dogs are welcome on preserve trails, but must remain on a 6-foot or shorter leash at all times.
