Interstate 5 to exit # 230. Turn east and follow State Route 20 to milepost 76.91 - Ensley Road. Turn north onto Ensley Road and continue 0.3 miles to Hamilton Cemetery Road. Turn right onto Hamilton Cemetery Road and continue east for 0.2 miles to Medford Road on the left. Turn left onto Medford Road and continue to the trailhead. There is a roundabout to negotiate in Sedro-Woolley.
Day riders and horse campers will appreciate the one hundred plus miles of trails in Harry Osborne State Forest and the spacious camping accommodations at the Les Hilde trailhead.
