A good place to horse ride. Trails include single track, double track, fields, and even a beach on the river.
Although the main parking area is shared with the Morgantown Boat Ramp, horses are welcomes here.
Bakers Creek is said to be an excellent destination for new trail riders or young horses. Located on TVA property there about thirty miles of trails that are surrounded by water on three sides There are different trails with various scenery choices from shaded trails to trails that run beside the lake and even trails that run through open fields. This is easy terrain.
