We offer 49 full amenity RV sites that include water, electric and sewer and 82 RV sites with water and electric hook ups so patrons can bring their RV\’s and have the comforts of home while enjoying the serene environment. Magnolia Branch also has tent camp sites with water and electric hook ups as well as primitive camping, allowing guests to become one with nature. Explore remote regions of Magnolia Branch by utilizing our horse trails. We have 10 stables and two trails boasting water crossings and rugged terrain. Equestrians may bring their horses to the reserve and enjoy viewing wildlife and other activities of the park.
Keep your site neat and orderly. Please do not put nails in trees when hanging clotheslines. Campfires should only be made in designated area. Quiet Hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times. Garbage bags must be sealed securely and placed in provided dumpsters. Check Out Time is at 1 p.m. Please notify the office upon departure. Refunds will be made at management’s discretion. The speed limit in the park is 15 mph. Speeding will not be tolerated. Quiet, leashed pets are welcome. We feel your pet is a part of your family, but please keep it on a leash, away from the swimming area and out of restrooms and laundry room. Please clean up your pet’s droppings.
